Dr. David Kalaba is an accomplished and results-driven Corporate Executive with over twenty-seven years of experience in strategic management, operational oversight, and team leadership in higher learning Institutions. He is seasoned trainer in corporate governance & leadership, strategy, projects and finance. Experienced consultant in strategy, resource mobilization, governance audits and board performance evaluations.
Dr Kalaba is tasked to support the Director General in providing strategic direction and oversight of the Institute’s activities and programs. Dr Kalaba is responsible for providing strategic guidance, oversight, and driving the institute’s core offerings, including executive training research and management consultancy, as well as academic training. He leads, guides, and supervises the technical implementation of all program operations.
Dr Kalaba has served in other senior leadership and management roles for Boston University School of Public Health, Right To Care Ltd, European Union’s NAO and Care International
