Dr. Magunje is also responsible for ensuring growth of the Institute’s market share and business opportunities while balancing customer satisfaction.
Dr. Magunje is in charge of:
- Developing, implementing and evaluating marketing plans and strategies

- Business development and establishment of strategic partnerships
- Managing client interactions and experiences for customer satisfaction
