Dr. Shem Sikombe

Dr Sikombe has over twelve (12) years of teaching, administrative and research experience at the University level. Sikombe’s teaching and research interests are in Operations Management, Project Management and Supply Chain Management. Sikombe also supervises undergraduate and graduate dissertation.
He has undertaken funded consultancy projects and published in peer reviewed international journals. Sikombe is a member of Zambia Institute of Purchasing and Supply Strategy and Risk Committee and Copperbelt university senate publication committee.
Dr Sikombe has served in leadership positions such as Assistant Dean of Copperbelt, University, School of Business (2017-2019), Coordinator of School of Business Consultancy, Short Courses and Professional MBA Programmes (2016-2018) and Research Cluster Leader-Innovation and Operations Management, School of Business (2016-2019) and acted in several positions.
