Higenyi Wahitu Ph.D. is an accomplished Human Resources & Organizational Studies Expert.

He has a wealth of experience as a practicing Human Resource Officer in the mainstream Public Service of Uganda for period of 23 years before joining Uganda Management Institute.

His tenure at Uganda Management Institute since 2009 saw him raise to the level of Head of Department Human Resources and Organizational Studies.

He has vast experience in Consultancy services both at regional and international levels. Such, is the refinement that you meet at ESAMI.
