Henry is an International and Senior Management Consultant working with ESAMI. He has previously served as the Director of Consultancy and Advisory Services. He has provided thought leadership in public sector reforms, with strong footprints in education, transport, construction, infrastructure and energy sectors.
Henry is a Certified Master Management Consultant (MMC®); a Certified International Project Manager (CIPM®); a Certified Public Private Partnership Practitioner (CP3P) and a Fellow of the Association for Project Managers (FAPM©). He is an IMCB© Certified Trainer.
He is a Member of The CEO Forum Group; a member of the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA); a Member of Harvard Business Review (HBR) Advisory Council; a Member of The Institute of Consulting (UK); the Global Academy of Finance and Management (GAFM®); and a Member of the Global Advisory Council of the International Management Certification Board (IMCB©).
He is also a member of the Strategic Management Society (SMS); a member of the International Society for Professional Innovation Management (ISPIM) and the International Development Evaluation Association (IDEAS).
Henry is a faculty member of ESAMI Business School and sits in the Examinations Committee. He is a peer reviewer of the African Management Development Review (AMDR) Journal.
Henry has supported complex, at scale government initiatives such as planning and coordination of population and housing census; development of performance management systems in the Judiciary; design and roll out of tolled road initiatives and reforms in the teaching service. He has supported Government Ministries,
Departments and Agencies in the design of strategic plans and worked with Boards and C-Suite Managers to transform the institutions they govern and lead.
