Dr Chigora is a renowned Business Academic Leader and Senior Lecturer who has developed various models for running entrepreneurial businesses and Corporates.
Dr Chigora is responsible for strategic management, corporate governance and marketing management matters as a lecturer and facilitator at all levels of academics up to postgraduate.
He is also involved in business consultancy, research and trainings at various corporate levels. Dr Chigora’s areas of interest include the following:
- Corporate Governance and Ethical Practices
- Brand Management and Destination Marketing
- Tourism Economics and Sustainable Practices
- Strategic and Change Management
- Human Resources Management and Organisation Behavior
Dr Chigora has served in other senior leadership and management roles for universities and the corporate world.
Currently at Africa University of Zimbabwe as the Head of Management and Entrepreneurship, founding Director of Fachip Systems and Brand Management Consultancy.
He has also been the Dean of Postgraduate Studies at Catholic University of Zimbabwe and an adjunct lecturer/examiner for several regional and international universities.
Dr Chigora has published several refereed academic journals and book chapters with highly reputable global academic institutes. Some of his works are as below:
