A Doctor of Philosophy in the epistemology of leadership development and learning, with Twenty-Seven (27) years of valuable experience in Human Capital Development and in providing effective Academic Leadership.
As an expert in Human Capital Development, Chaltone is valuably experienced in developing executive training programmes that optimise people’s potential and enhance their competencies and higher productivity. He is specially qualified in the leadership development of middle to senior managers and administrators.
Being skilled in executive training, he is renowned for developing and delivering high-impact training interventions since 1996.
He has also been teaching in undergraduate programmes for over Fifteen (15) years in Business Mathematics and Finance, Principles of Human Resource Management, Records Management, Business Communication and Supervisory Management and over five (5) years in graduate programmes, lecturing in Strategic Human Resource Management, Performance Management, and Effective Employee Relations Management.
He has supervised over Sixty-Five (65) MBA students from 2016 to date in Master’s degree research development, writing and presentation of research reports.
Chaltone has been helping organizational leaders to foster institutional effectiveness through the development and execution of well-thought-out strategies, developed leadership acumen, gaining competitive advantage through strategic positioning and appropriate cultural alignment, and effective employee engagement with the quest to help them optimise customer satisfaction in order to achieve their strategic objectives.
He is well-experienced in guiding organisational leaders in sharpening their ability to develop compelling and shared visions, devising the methodologies to realise the visions effectively, creating effective followership and persuading others to embrace the vision personally.
He has the expertise to enable organisations to develop key performance drivers and enablers that form the critical success factors of strategy implementation which outline the capabilities of an organisation that have a direct impact on the envisioned outcomes.
He is knowledgeable in developing Human Resource Policies and practices that foster the development of effective employee engagement capable of positively supporting strategy implementation and change initiatives.
He is profoundly knowledgeable in developing Key Results Indicators (KRIs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that foster effective monitoring and evaluation of strategy and programme implementation.
