Dr Msafiri Allen has over 16 years experience in management and administration positions, consultancy and training in management, leadership, marketing, project management, research and analysis using both qualitative and quantitative methods of research. He also possesses competence in preparing marketing plans and business plans. He has been working as an accountant, sales personnel, researcher of different projects, an actor in various advertisement videos within and outside Tanzania, adjunct Lecturer to IAA, facilitator of different training within and overseas, Dean Faculty of business, Lecturer at the University of Arusha and a Director of Research and Postgraduate Studies.
