Supply Chain Risk Management, Planning and Strategy
In response to the escalating awareness of resource depletion, climate change, and an overwhelmed population, government institutions and the private sector across various domains must redesign their current supply chain models to achieve sustainability by considering both economic and environmental impacts. Notably, the most underdeveloped industries in developing countries necessitate technological transformation to ensure safety and reliability. This course aims to provide knowledge on planning and strategy by addressing the four fundamental areas of supply chain management and considering the significant evolution observed in supply chain during the past four decades.
