Statement of Need

Occupational Health and Safety is concerned with the safety and security of both the workers and employers. The purpose of this course is to equip delegates with knowledge, skills, and competence in occupational health and safety law and selected aspects of legislation relating to occupational health and safety, compensation for occupational injuries and diseases, health and safety. This program is also designed to assist human resource practitioners and other managers gain skills that are required in defining health and safety objectives and overseeing implementation and compliance of health and safety policies and procedures in workplaces.
