Proposal Writing and Resource Mobilization
Organizations need to develop a coordinated approach for proposal writing and resource mobilization. In fact, resources cannot be mobilized through poorly written proposal that have no focus. Donors and other cooperating partners require well written proposals to be able to effectively evaluate the assistance required. A strong, well-thought-out business proposal is therefore crucial for business’s success. Equally important is the need for resource mobilization which needs to be developed outlining a coordinated approach for implementation.
This programme will cover the process of developing proposals and how to: Analyze the situation (problems, stakeholders, risks and objectives), develop a strategy and incorporating donor requirements.
This course is intended for senior and middle managers, officers and planners involved in proposal writing and resource mobilization working in government ministries, parastatal organisations, NGOs and donor organisations.
