Statement of Need
With the ever-changing landscape in the Public Sector and the increasing demands of citizens, Public Private Partnerships (PPPs) are becoming attractive avenues for public services.
PPPs, unlike public finance, do not necessarily lead to an immediate increase in public spending and debt. However to leverage on PPPs and optimize public sector Financial Management, PPPs require strong financing and financial analysis integrated with the future costs and fiscal risks
