Statement of Need
We find ourselves in a financial world that is in turmoil today. The complexity of the modern business environment is imposing an evergrowing demand on management. Consequently, managerial finance principles are used to an increasing extent to assist in the process of
decision-making. This Programme aims at presenting a number of integrated and powerful principles to help develop analytical skills and
the decision-making capacity of the participants.
