Leadership Development Skills for Members of Parliament
Statement of Need
Parliamentarians the world over play very crucial roles in national leadership and governance. By virtue of being elected, they are leaders. However, they tend to come from different background in terms of education, experiences and expertise. This course will assist newly elected members of parliament sharpen their leadership skills and map out how to contribute to good governance of their countries.
