Statement of Need

Most of the development projects are financed through grants from donors. The donors want to have the confidence in project implementers that grants will be utilized for the intended purpose. The efficient and effective management of grants is critical if the grantees are to achieve maximum impact from the grants. Further, effective grant management by project implementers can contribute to creating a collaborative environment and building relationships with more grant providers. This course is designed to equip the participants with essential skills and knowledge of good Grants management practices.
