Statement of Need

Leadership is about facilitating empowerment of followers and subordinates so as to take responsibility for their lives and own development. A good leader has capacity to envision a promising national or organizational future and influence people to commit themselves to achieving it. This workshop will focus on enhancing leadership excellence at personal level so that together with those they lead can take their institutions to the next level
