Statement of Need

One of the dominant success themes of the 21st century is ‘high-performance’ organizations. These are organizations that justify their existence. The creation and sustainability of such organizations have become important because of the negative impacts of globalization vis-a-vis the expectations of organizational stakeholders. As businesses, organizations are required to create the kind of architecture and acquire the positioning for achieving the synergy that permits growth, development, financial viability and survival. Organizations can achieve the above only through people who, together with management, can create a corporate culture of success. Establishing a corporate coaching, counselling and mentoring programme is a key to the move in the above direction.
