In an era of global complexity, evolving power dynamics, and technological advancement, diplomacy training is more important than ever. Diplomats must possess a broad skill set that includes negotiation, cultural competence, conflict resolution, digital engagement, and ethical decision-making. The challenges of the 21st century require a new kind of diplomat—one who can bridge divides, foster cooperation, and navigate the intricate web of modern international relations

This program is designed to enhance participants’ understanding of modern diplomacy, improve their practical diplomatic skills, and equip them with the tools to navigate contemporary global challenges.

This includes individuals who work directly for national governments in diplomatic roles, such as foreign affairs specialists; public servants who engage in international relations or work on foreign policy; senior military officers, & defence attachés; as well as employees of international organizations
