
Corporate Social Responsibility and Accountability Management
This programme focuses on the increasingly important concepts of corporate social responsibility (CSR) and accountability within organizations. With stakeholders including customers, workers, communities, NGOs, students, financiers, donors, investors, and commercial entities exerting greater scrutiny, organizations must recognize the impact of their social responsibility performance on reputation, talent management, investor confidence, and stakeholder relationships.
Through academic study and practical insights, this programme provides participants with a deep understanding of CSR principles and their implications for organizational success. Participants will explore ethical considerations, social consequences, and the diverse perspectives of stakeholders.
Transparency, reporting, and stakeholder engagement will be key focal points, emphasizing the importance of organizational accountability.
