
Competence Profiling In Organizations
Every organization exists in a business environment susceptible to dynamic changes. To keep purse with such dynamism, organizations require to continually access their capability, both at organizational and individual employee levels, for them to optimally pursue the organizational intent. Competency profiling, therefore, becomes one such toolkit managers can utilize to gain competitive advantage and sustainable organizational growth.
