Statement of Need

This programmeprovides a comprehensive understanding of blockchain technology and its development. Participants will learn how to design,
develop, and deploy decentralized applications using blockchain platforms such as Ethereum and Hyperledger. The programmecovers
Solidity programming language for smart contracts, as well as tools and frameworks for blockchain development. Participants will also learn
about blockchain security and best practices for developing secure and scalable blockchain applications.

Prerequisite: Participants are expected to have a good understanding of computer science and programming concepts, including data structures,
algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
