Prof. Kellen Kiambati

Prof. Kellen Kiambati is a multiple grant-winning social scientist, a Fellow at the African Leadership Institute, a Government of Kenya-trained Performance Management Expert, a DAAD Alumna and a beneficiary of the following scholarships: DIES ProGrant 2016, DIES ProGrant ToT 2020, Tony Elumelu Foundation Fellowship, Mashav–Israel Fellowship Programme, ITICLO – Italy PDC and ILO Certification programme for Start and Improve Your Business (SIYB) trainers, NUFFIC, iCRA – Making Education Work (The Netherlands), ISP and CDN scholarship, Volkswagen Foundation scholarship and Global Diplomacy Forum – UK scholarship.

Additionally, she is a Certified HR Consultant, HR Practitioner, HR Analyst, Competency Mapping Expert, Psychometric Assessor, Talent Optimization Consultant, Microsoft Educator, Projects Designer and Public Secretary (KASNEB). She is a beneficiary of the Coca-Cola Foundation and Women in Africa 2nd Cohort of the JAMII Femmes 2022 training programme, and a Jamii Femmes grant Laureate.

She is a trained Governance Practitioner and a trained Conflict Prevention and Mediation expert trained at the Kofi Annan Peace Training Centre, and a seasoned Corporate Training Facilitator who has taken the Senior Management Course and the Strategic Leadership Development Programme from the Kenya School of Government. She is an accredited FemWise (African Union) member, a policy-engaged Researcher and a Strategy Consultant with over fifteen years’ experience.

She speaks English, French and basic Chinese and has published seven (7) university-level scholarly books.
