Charles Ndunga is a seasoned Information Security and Cybersecurity professional with over 25 years of experience in technology leadership, ICT governance, cybersecurity, data protection, and digital transformation. He currently serves as the Director of Information Security – Global at VisionFund International and is also a Senior Consulting Partner at Griscom Consulting LLP.

Charles specializes in cybersecurity strategy, information security governance, data protection and privacy, ICT risk management, cloud security, information systems auditing, business continuity, and project assurance. He has successfully led enterprise security initiatives across multiple countries, helping organizations strengthen cyber resilience, achieve regulatory compliance, and implement robust governance and risk management frameworks.

A Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), PRINCE2-certified Project Management professional, and AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Charles combines strategic leadership with hands-on technical expertise to support organizations in building secure, resilient, and well-governed digital environments.
