As a new parliamentarian, building and maintaining strong relationships with your constituents is essential to effectively representing their interests and addressing their concerns. A course on managing constituency relations can help new parliamentarians develop the skills and knowledge needed to effectively engage with their constituents, build support for their legislative agenda, and address the concerns and complaints of their constituents.

- Communication Strategies: Techniques for effectively communicating with constituents, including public speaking, community outreach, and the use of social media.
- Constituent Services: Best practices for addressing the concerns and complaints of constituents, including crisis management and dispute resolution.
- Constituent Outreach: Strategies for building support for your legislative agenda and engaging with the community through
events and community outreach programs. - Ethics and Transparency in Constituency Relations: Understanding the ethical principles and accountability that govern the conduct of parliamentarians in representing their constituents, including the code of conduct, transparency and laws regarding constituency relations.
