Dr. Pamela Nkirote Kaithuru is a multidisciplinary consultant, psychologist, researcher and climate–health specialist with over two decades of experience at the intersection of mental health, climate change, early warning systems, gender equity, community resilience and sustainable development.
She provides strategic consulting, research, training, technical advisory services, policy support and programme development to governments, development partners, humanitarian organizations, research institutions, NGOs and private-sector organizations across Africa and beyond.
Her distinctive expertise lies in connecting scientific knowledge, climate information, psychological well-being and community realities to design practical, evidence-based solutions to complex development and humanitarian challenges.
