The CEO Professional Development Programme is aimed at C-Suite leaders.
The programme equips the delegates with cross-functional skills and ability to face the demands and dilemmas of the global economy. It speeds up your personal and professional transformation by challenging what you do and how you do it, taking you through the ‘’leadership furnace’’, learning from peers and industry experts and navigating the ever-changing business-society-government dichotomy.
Fees for the programme can be paid on a module by module basis. The costs cover tuition, course materials, air tickets and cost of ground transport while away from your home country.
- Module One:
Foundational Leadership Skill Building. Fee for seven weeks is US$5,500. This includes tuition & training materials; return air travel for one week learning journey in either Singapore, Dubai, Europe, USA or Canada.
- Module Two:
Cross-Functional Business Approach. This will take place at ESAMI (On Campus) – Arusha or Kampala for two weeks for US$2,500.
- Module Three:
Strategy Execution to be done virtually for five weeks Learning Journey in either South Africa, China, the Middle East or South America. Fee for this module is US$4,500 covering tuition, training materials and a return air ticket for the learning journey.
- Module Four:
Leading Change and Innovation to take place in two African countries each for one week at a fee of US$3,500 for tuition, training materials and return air travel.
