Occupational Health and Safety is concerned with the safety and security of both the workers and employer. Occupational health and safety management (OHSM) encompasses more than just your health and safety programme. It includes health and safety policies, systems, standards, and records, and involves incorporating your health and safety activities and programme into your other business processes.
This programme is designed to assist human resource practitioners and other managers to have skills that are required for managing their daily duties regarding OH&S, by providing guidelines and assistance in defining health and safety objectives and developing policies and procedures.
