Statement of Need

Women remain underrepresented in senior leadership roles. They often face unique challenges, including the choice of leadership styles, unconscious bias, and a lack of robust networks. Many high-potential women are ready to lead but need a dedicated space to hone their strategic voice, build unshakable confidence, and connect with a community that champions their success. The programme will envisage a world where leadership is diverse, inclusive, and reflective of the society, with women thriving at every level of organizational and in decision-making. The programme will assist accelerate the advancement of women into leadership positions.

  • · Personal leadership brand and mastering visibility: Showcasing achievements & value.

  • · Overcoming imposter syndrome and self-limiting beliefs.
