Diaspora Management

Start: Dec 2, 2024
End: Dec 13, 2024
Venue: Mombasa - Kenya
Duration: 2 weeks
Statement of Need

Diaspora Management training provides an understanding of the diaspora and its potential within the context of talent management and economic development. The diaspora refers to individuals or communities who have migrated from their home country and settled in different parts of the world, maintaining cultural and emotional ties to their country of origin.
This training aims to equip organizations, governments, and professionals with the knowledge and skills necessary to engage with the diaspora effectively. By recognizing the diaspora’s expertise, networks, and resources, diaspora management seeks to leverage their potential for economic, social, and cultural development in both their host countries and countries of origin.
