This coupled with the with challenges of promoting good governance and ethical behaviour is leading to collapse of hitherto strong and vibrant companies. As a result, top management including the board members are finding themselves charting in unknown world of increased scrutiny from multiple agencies such as investigators and anti-corruption authorities.
