Course Title: Advanced Public Relations and Customer Care

COURSE OVERVIEW
This is an advanced version of the management of public relations(pr) and quality customer care programmes. It will be more interactive and will address critical issues in pr and customer care. It will also provide an excellent opportunity to extend and renew experiences of key aspects of public relations and customer care. The programme is very practical and participative. Lectures will be spiced with individual and group exercises and case studies. Real cases from participants’ own institutions will be used as a basis for analysis.
