The developments above make it imperative for developing countries to creatively seek, install, maintain and sustain better systems for managing their economies. This should put them in a more competitive position, too. They should aim at bringing out the best of a person to maximize on individual and organizational performance. Today, in the more developed countries knowledge has become the oil that lubricates the engine of growth to run smoothly. Knowledge is embodied in human beings.
