Knowledge has become an important factor in production. Many countries that have embraced the concept have seen differences in their development efforts. They have become more competitive. The developments above make it imperative for developing countries to creatively seek, install, maintain and sustain better systems for managing their economies. This should put them in a more competitive position, too. They should aim at bringing out the best of a person to maximize on individual and organizational performance. Today, in the more developed countries knowledge has become the oil that lubricates the engine of growth to run smoothly. Knowledge is embodied in human beings. The issue is how to transfer that knowledge from the individual so that it becomes an organizational resource.


At the end of the course participants will be able to:
