Effective Communication is a key element in good governance. Governments, parastatals and private industry are expected to demonstrate good governance to their various stakeholders. Effective communication increases productivity; enhances employee and other stakeholder interpersonal relationships; improves problem solving and decision making. A report becomes one of the most important tools for effective and good governance. ESAMI has designed this action-oriented course specifically to enable respective officers to prepare effective reports and minutes of meetings, besides other written communication tools.
